We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Paystack, a trusted payment gateway. We accept card payments and bank transfers. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery across Nigeria. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

For Port Harcourt and surrounding areas, we offer same-day or next-day delivery options. For other locations, delivery may take 3-7 business days depending on your state.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Custom & One-of-a-Kind Items

Custom-made items, bespoke furniture, and one-of-a-kind pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or do not match the agreed specifications.

Production times for custom items vary depending on the complexity of the project. We will provide an estimated completion date at the time of order. Any changes to custom orders must be communicated before production begins.
